A residential home for independent veterans and seniors — a warm, unhurried place to live fully, surrounded by the dignity of doing things your own way.
At Geaux Grace Living, our mission is to provide a safe, stable, and affordable independent living environment where individuals can maintain their independence while living with dignity and purpose. We are committed to creating a supportive community that promotes personal growth, stability, and an improved quality of life—because everyone deserves a place to call home.
Geaux Grace Living is built for veterans and seniors who move through daily life on their own terms. Our home supports those who can:
Residents dine on their own, at their own pace.
Full independence in personal hygiene and self-care.
Residents choose and manage their own clothing.
Free movement throughout the home, no lift or transfer assistance needed.
Support that stays quietly in the background, so daily life feels like home rather than a facility.
Furnished, comfortable living spaces residents can make their own.
A hygiene package is given to each resident as often as needed.
Laundry is one of those little things that can have a big impact on health, happiness, and quality of life. Our residents will have access to a laundry room and will be issued laundry products as needed.
Rides to doctors or parole appointments scheduled in advance, free use of grocery delivery apps, and close to a bus route.
We have Wi-Fi available for our residents so that their digital lives will not be affected. Cable access will be available on all TVs.
Shared spaces and everyday moments that build real relationships.
A respectful, steady home for veterans who value their independence and are ready for a place that honors their service with quiet dignity rather than fuss.
For seniors who are fully capable in daily life but want the comfort of community, care nearby, and a graceful new chapter without the upkeep of a home of their own.
A steady, structured home for individuals returning from incarceration who are ready to rebuild — stable housing and a respectful community as the foundation for the next chapter.
A home for individuals living with a disability who meet our independence criteria and want a community that treats them with the same dignity and respect as everyone else.
An affordable, stable home for those on a limited or fixed income, without giving up comfort, community, or dignity along the way.
